Custom Cover Studio
Create the back, spine and front of your book cover.
Your draft saves automatically. Open My Covers to manage or recover it.
Start with your finished book size
Choose a common size or enter your own measurements. We will build the back, spine, front and fold-over edges for you.
How do I find my spine width?
Measure the bound book across the spine from hinge to hinge. If the book is not made yet, use the spine size supplied by your binder or printer. Do not estimate from the page count unless they provide a calculator for your exact paper.

Guest drafts are kept for up to 60 days. Use a private recovery link to open My Covers on another device. Each link works once.
Only plain background should reach the red outer line. Continue colour or quiet texture into the fold-over area to prevent white edges.
The white boxes are the safest text areas. On the back cover, keep the description, review quotes, logo and barcode inside the white box so binding and trimming cannot crowd them.
Layers
Top items appear first. Hide or lock anything you do not want to move.
Artwork and text will appear here as you add them.
Live print check
1 item to reviewDrag an item near a centre or safe line and it will snap into place. Hold Alt while dragging for free movement. With an item selected, use the arrow keys to move 1 mm or Shift + arrow for 5 mm.
What the guide lines mean
Red outer line — final printed sheetYour background must reach this line. The outside strip folds around the board, so keep titles and faces out of it.
Green boxes — finished back and frontThese are the parts visible when the book is closed.
Brown narrow boxes — 7 mm hingesThese are the flexible grooves beside the spine. Keep important text and faces clear.
Blue box — spineSpine lettering must stay completely inside this box.
White inner boxes — safe text areasThe back box is for your description, review quotes, publisher logo and barcode. The front box keeps the title and author clear of trimming and binding.
